Lesley is a CAD magician. She can realize a very specific project or take abstract direction and create an incredibly original print. She’s a pleasure to work with and has a hard to find combination of master technician and inspired artist. She can rework or engineer an existing print or build it from scratch. She gives me exactly what I asked for as well as some options that hadn’t even occurred to me (and most of the time I go with those).

In my role, I outsource all of my artwork to freelancers to get it developed. I need people who can create aspirational technical artwork and hit my deadlines because those are the two metrics by which I am judged. Lesley is able to consistently do both. Even though she is off-site and I do all my work with her through Box.com, I feel a creative camaraderie with her that makes the end result look phenomenal and I always get props for the work she does for me, both originals and service projects. To be honest, it’s refreshing to work with someone off-site because I can spend the bulk of the days working on other projects and then check in on Box when i have some downtime instead of managing them minute to minute.
I will continue to use Lesley’s service for the bulk of my artwork as long as she is available!
